All the products you purchased from us are covered with the warranty of: 7 days new products return & refund, 30 days defective products return & refund, 24 month free replacement for defective parts. Below are all the details.

 

Return and Refund 
1. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products after receiving the purchased item from this site, pls kindly return us the new packages within 7 days from recieving it, then we will issue a full refund to you.

 

1. If there are any products defects you findwithin 30 days after receiving the purchased item from our site, you can return the whole set of product to us for a full refund no matter if the item is new or used,

   4) All our products are free shipping to you, but the shipping fee you returned products to us will be responsible by you. 

 

Replacement: 
1. If you receive the products purchased from our site and find there any defective parts, please contact us to send you a new replacement. 
2.During the using period, if you meet any problems caused by our products, you can contact us for replacing the defective parts. 
Note: 
1. The time limit of replacement is within 24 month from receiving the purchased products from this site.

1. When defects are only existing in spare parts. we only replace the defective parts of the items, not a whole product.
2. No matter where you are, the replacement will reach you, just the delivery time maybe vary depending on where you live.
