Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Items shipped from our overseas warehouses usually arrive in about 3 business days. Items shipped directly from our factory in China take 10-15 business days. The tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order ships.

Yes - orders over $49.99 ship free. Orders below that amount are charged a flat shipping fee at checkout.

We currently ship to 49 countries and regions. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at info@aiboo.net and we will check availability for you.

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also reply to that email at any time to ask about your order status.

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and items must be returned by mail in their original condition. Refunds are issued once the returned item arrives.

All AIBOO lighting products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

If an item arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, email info@aiboo.net with your order number and a short description (photos help). We will send a replacement or arrange a refund in line with our return policy.

Yes. An extra 1 to 3 years of cover is available through our Extended Warranty plan - see the Warranty Extensions page in the footer.

Many AIBOO kits are covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within 90 days of receipt, contact us and we will refund your order.

Yes. All AIBOO cabinet lights run on safe 12V low voltage, so they stay cool to the touch and are safe for use inside cabinets, shelves, and around children. Products carry additional certifications including UL, ETL, CE and RoHS.

No electrician needed. Most kits are plug-in: fix the light with the included adhesive pads or screws, connect the wiring, and plug the power adapter into an outlet. Direct-wired models should be installed following the manual, or by a professional if you are not comfortable with basic wiring.

Many AIBOO kits include a dimmer switch or RF remote for stepless dimming. Check the product listing - models with dimmable or dimmer switch in the name support brightness control.

The power supply and dimmers must match the voltage and wattage shown in the listing. If you are adding lights to an existing AIBOO setup, email us your current model and we will recommend a compatible adapter.

AIBOO cabinet lights are designed for indoor use. Please do not expose them to rain or submerge them in water.
